We strongly believe that knowledge is better when shared with others. That’s why Brainly has built a platform for students to help other students with their studies, and a company culture that celebrates continuous learning. It’s also why we are so pleased to organize a series of events called ‘Know More’ with the goal of sharing unique knowledge and skills with the Kraków community.
This time we dive into the challenges of management in IT teams and companies. Our guests will share their experience of scaling up their teams, managing company cultures and attracting the best talents out there. There will also be time for a discussion and asking questions, followed by our traditional networking time.

Fintech is a great industry to work in. You have a unique opportunity to solve real-life problems and write a nice piece of code at the same time. On the other hand, you have to deliver the value to your customers very fast and still stay cost-effective. I'd like to share my experiences from Azimo and discuss challenges, which every fast-growing startup have to face.
