We strongly believe that knowledge is better when shared with others. That’s why Brainly has built a platform for students to help other students with their studies, and a company culture that celebrates continuous learning. It’s also why we are so pleased to organize a  series of events called ‘Know More’ with the goal of sharing unique knowledge and skills with the Kraków community.

This time we dive into the challenges of management in IT teams and companies. Our guests will share their experience of scaling up their teams, managing company cultures and attracting the best talents out there. There will also be time for a discussion and asking questions, followed by our traditional networking time.

KNOW MORE

Here at Brainly we believe that knowledge, like most things, is better when shared. Therefore, we are proud to announce the first event in our new “Know more” series. The idea behind this event is simple: we will invite experts and ask them to share their knowledge with us and our guests. The format of the event will be laid-back and informal, as you know: at Brainly we love questions!, so ask away.

Our first guests will be Dobromir Montauk and our very own Elena Haliczer. Both of them are experts on the social side of products. Dobromir hails from companies like Google and Twitter where he became an expert on social networks and adsl. Elena, is currently the head of product at Brainly, so she is the woman behind the planning and building of a more social platform for our community; before joining Brainly, she spent a few years at Huffington Post. More info on both our guests, below.
